Founded in 2006, Platinum Solutions founding partner and associates have worked on SAP Projects since 1993, both at Deloitte and SAP and since moved on to create their own SAP consulting services company. This experience has permitted us to adopt and develop state of the art business practices and methodology. I have over 20 years of Supply Chain Management experience; having leadership positions in both Industry and Consulting. I've participated in one of the first North American Go-Live of SAP R/3, with over 16 years of SAP ERP implementation experience, in various modules such as Advanced Planner and Optimiser (APO), Business Warehouse (BW), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), etc.

I also have an exhaustive knowledge of all SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) solutions supported by a large variety of successful implementations of each Module APO-DP/SNP/GATP/PPDS/TPVS.

I've proven on many occasion my abilities at quickly establishing my presence and successfully taking over on short notice to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

I am recognized for my mastery in managing both process and work stream teams and successfully transferring knowledge to the client by coaching team members on all aspects of implementation, from redesign to configuration and testing.

As the owner of VA Simple Services since 2009, my main objective was to become a strategic resource for the development of my customer’s online presence. I worked closely with businesses to teach, explore and identify ways to integrate social media and online marketing into their business strategies and marketing campaigns.

I have a distinctive combination of business savvy, creativity, technical capabilities, analytical approach, passion for innovation and love for anything digital. It is the combination of those qualities that naturally led me to where I am today. Having the chance to influence and shape how new and existing businesses grow and develop is very exciting and rewarding.

Miranda is a driven and entrepreneurial minded supply chain professional with 20 plus years of multi-faceted experience in supply chain/logistics design and engineering, process and performance management, strategic planning, and business development. Miranda has moved forward because of her keen interest in all aspects of the industry and her ability to expand on her managerial and technical knowledge across the entire business.

With extensive consulting, 3PL, and direct private/public industry experience, Miranda has demonstrated success in analyzing a client's dynamic business needs and translating them into cost effective, practical, and creative solutions. Prior to establishing Heartleaf Consulting, Inc., she held senior business development and supply chain leadership positions at top engineering/design firms and third party logistics providers that include Stantec Consulting Ltd., UPS Supply Chain Solutions, the Wheels Group and Giffels Associates.

A results driven change agent with hands-on leadership, Miranda inspires, coaches, and mentors teams developing programs and process improvements for KPI’s and long range objectives. She has a passion for challenge, research, and innovation, and develops new ways for business to increase revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Miranda has a B. Eng in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University and is a licenced Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Miranda also completed the Executive Program in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Schulich School of Business in Toronto Ontario, and is a certified Professional Logistician (P.Log.) and member of the Logistics Institute.
